I've always aimed to make the cheat sheets released here as useful as possible, and one way to do that is to get more people involved.
One way to do that was to add a way for people to request new cheat sheets and vote on what they'd like to see created, and that's been added to the cheat sheet section already. And the votes are piling up fast.
As a result, there are lots of new cheat sheets on the way, and I'd like your help to make them the best they can be.
I've been thinking about other ways to get more people involved in the actual creation of the cheat sheets for a while, and after experimenting with some different ideas, I've created a Google Group for anyone that wants to help create cheat sheets.
Join up at Added Bytes Cheat Sheets! (Or you can join using the form below.)
You will have a chance to contribute to new cheat sheets and to help select the information that gets added to them. You'll be able to preview and give feedback on new cheat sheets before they're released to the world at large.
Member benefits include: a smug sense of self-satisfaction as you hang up a new cheat sheet your colleagues don't yet have access to. And the ability to say "I helped make that". I also intend to credit people that help create the cheat sheets, although what format that credit takes is difficult to work out until I can see how the process actually ends up working.
