<br />I packed them up 5 stone ago (7 years) and am glad I did. It *really* is worth doing.

<br />If you wan't a little tip from a geezer who tried and failed umpteen times, it is to never give up giving up..ok, thats not particularly helpful, but the point Im trying to make is that each time you try and fail, then its all the harder to try again.

<br />A way that worked for me was to teach myself to hate the buggers! Im now a fabulous anti smoking preacher and kind of enjoy dismantling the "why I should't give up smoking" arguments of friends.
