What is the difference between ID and CLASS attributes? I know it is more than the fact that ID can only be used once for each instance of an ID selector but I don't really understand their purpose / difference other than that.

Wow thanks. I never occupied myself with CSS, but i wanted to learn it. So this is a good start :)
