The problem with this one is that it is more than one-page long.
Maybe font size should be changed .. one new feature :)

Agree with fredv but also what about characters #128-159?

@rob, 128-159 are not defined in HTML 4 standard, which it appears this list is based off of.

why does the list start at &#32;?
I have this code which messed up an export: &#31;
what character is this supposed to be?
