Some Small Changes

I have been dabbling with the site code and reorganised a few things. First, I've changed the homepage rather substantially - it now has more of a blog feel, listing recent posts. I've removed the separated blog page as well, as it's no longer needed.

I've moved the recommended and popular post lists to the sidebar, and added a link to the three article series. I've also moved the latest article and cheat sheet to the bottom of every page.

Next, I've added a random page feature. Because I can.

The random page thing has made it rather easy to potter about, so I've been exposed to some of my own earlier writing on the site. I'm updating (or, where appropriate, deleting) older posts as I go.

I've added the ability to subscribe to a feed for a single tag - visit the tag page to grab the feed address.

And finally, I've integrated the excellent ZooTool. Now, when I post an item there, it creates a blog post here (example). This makes sharing documents, images and webpages with you much easier and should mean I can post rather more often.
