Serbia and Montenegro .cs - these countries split in 2006.

To add on comment #8, Serbia and Montenegro have split and we (Serbia) are now using .rs (2-letter ISO code) and SRB (3-letter ISO code).
Montenegro got .me and MNE, I think.

Knowing the state of our national registrar, I seriously doubt that .rs will be used, anytime soon.
